It seals off the bare ground from the underside of your home. Usually the only thing separating the two is a loose sheet of plastic. 😲Homeowner is shocked to find her Beautiful Kitchen Island is missing one thing... The seating overhang! The plans have an island with an overhang but it was installed almost flush, no overhang at all. The homeowner double checked the measurements. The installed island is 12” shorter than what’s listed on the plans. Do you think it’s the homeowner’s responsibility to double check these things before final install?
