1) some of my favorite and most told travel memories are when things went “wrong” 2) travel isn’t free but you’d be amazed how far you can stretch your budget using points and miles properly 3) you can earn 200-300k points per year without a lot of effort. This should send you on a great trip in business once every 12-18 months. More than that and you really need to be down the rabbit hole of points and miles or have an audience that uses your referrals. #travel #pointsandmiles
Lufthansa First Class on the 747-8i is pretty awesome. I will note that Lufthansa has a new, absolutely insane, first class called Allegris operating on a very select routes ( haven’t seen any bookable with points ) I booked this a few days before departure via Aeroplan ( transfer partner of Amex, Bilt, xxxx, and Cap1 ) - you can often buy them under 1.3 cents too. I paid 100k points and a couple hundred in surcharges Also… Id add Blade to your bucket list of things to do going into NYC - it’s a benefit of having Bilt Platinum status ( one way free per year ) but you can also get a discount with any Bilt status. You can pay cash - rates start around $189. Mine was provided by Blade as part of a meeting I had in the city it was my first time and I’d do it again in a second. #travel #firstclass #lufthansa #bilt #flyblade #pointsandmiles
