This year, my husband requested a Liberian Thanksgiving and specifically asked for potato greens. When we first moved in together, he was absolutely obsessed with potato greens. For the first two years, he wanted this meal weekly! 😂 __ A little backstory on this dish: it was the first meal I ever cooked for him during our second week of dating. According to him, this was the dish that completely stole his heart. At the time, we were in college. Two years after graduation, we moved away, got married, and eventually bought our first home. Life has truly changed for the better for us!
