What helps?Hydrating like it’s your full-time job, adding fiber (chia seeds, flax, leafy greens), and getting daily movement—just a 10-minute walk after meals makes a difference! 💇‍♀️ Hair Loss – Rapid weight loss and lower protein intake can trigger shedding (ugh, I know). What helps? Prioritizing protein (100g/day is a great goal!), making sure you’re getting enough iron, zinc & biotin, and being patient—your hair WILL bounce back! 😴 Fatigue – Less appetite can mean not enough calories, leaving you feeling drained.
