At the start of this year my 6.74 acres of undeveloped land housed nothing. No electric at the road. No septic. No foundation. Nothing! These guys took 1.5 acres of the land and turned it into a barn, farm, septic system, electric in the barn, buried propane tank, farm stand, and a future for me…. In less than 1 year. They’ve taught me we are capable of so much more than we realize. We truly are.

Finances are unique and personal to each person! This is the case for me in upstate New York. The Amish here build huge sheds, 10 x 20 for less than $5k, and families are refurbishing those into tiny homes! You don’t need a massive barn center like I had built - with the objective of running a business out of it. Will these costs change? Sure! I’ll keep you updated.
