"The new regs, which take effect February 1st, unless the new administration resends them, and I know some of the horse groups are pretty vocal about getting these pulled and probably, rightly so. But he revisions aim to strengthen enforcement against soring and... promoting the humane treatment of horses-- not just Tennessee walking horses but across all breeds and disciplines.
