High protein Cheesy chicken pizza 518 cals | 45g protein Ingredients: - 75 grams all-purpose flour + some more for dusting - 40 grams light Greek yogurt - 1 tsp baking powder - ½ tsp salt - Your favorite seasonings (like garlic powder, oregano, or Italian seasoning) - 2 tbsp tomato paste - 40 grams shredded light tasty cheese - 70 grams pre cooked chicken breast -1/3 diced onion - ½ cup diced tomatoes ### Method: 1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, light Greek yogurt, baking powder, salt, and any seasonings you like. Mix until a dough forms. Knead the dough on a floured surface for a couple of minutes until it’s smooth and elastic. 2. Roll out the dough into a circular shape, about ½ inch thick. If you want a stuffed crust, sprinkle some of the shredded cheese around the edge of the dough, fold it over, and press down to seal. 3. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C). Place the pizza base on a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake for 7-10 minutes, until the dough is slightly cooked and begins to turn golden. 4. Remove the pizza from the oven and spread the tomato paste evenly over the base. Layer the chicken, diced onion, diced tomatoes, and then sprinkle the shredded light tasty cheese on top. 5.
