When we were out looking for a sick cat we stumbled upon a kitten that was all alone. We saw her run behind a fence but we weren't able to lure her out. When we peaked into the gap in the fence we noticed there was another kitten that had passed away. We knew it was crucial that we get her out and make sure she wasn't sick ASAP. We were messing around with the fence when our friend Gary showed up to help 💪 He brought with him some muscle and tools to pull the fence down. After removing one panel of the fence we were able to see the kitten and get ahold of her. Gary and Mack then rushed to pull the next panel down. We were able to safely get the kitty out. We named her Puffy Fluffy. Puffy Fluffy went to the vet to be tested for panleukopenia something we always do when we see a deceased cat in the area. Everything came back normal and she's a happy, healthy, little girl. This rescue was 2 weeks ago. Puffy Fluffy has now moved in with Mama Autozone and doing great. Side notes: We did fix the fence after the rescue. We will back to do some TNR because this baby clearly had a mom. We havent found the original cat we were called about. New Rescue Alert! We were called about a sick kitty that showed up on someone patio looking for help. He had pulled himself under some shelves to take cover from the rain we've been having. He's sick,malnourished, and most likely has dental issues or ulcers (he's drooling excessively). We rushed him to our vet where he is currently receiving treatment. We have named him Bowie.
